Hi, I am a Ferguson descendant of Tennessee and just wondered if you had any Ferguson family in the south? T.Gentry – 6.3.14
Trina, no Fergusons found (as of yet) in the south. My Joseph Ferguson who came from Ireland had at least two sons that I have yet to trace what happened to them. I also know that he had a brother who immigrated to this country about the same time(circa 1850) that I have lost the trail of. So if you have any that came about this time frame from Ireland maybe there is a connection.
